Board Recognizes D128 Athletes at February Meeting 

Student athletes being recognized at the February D128 Board of Education meeting.

At its February meeting, the District 128 Board of Education recognized several LHS and VHHS athletes for their recent achievements. Congratulations to:

  • Amanda Peter (LHS) who is a goalie for the Scouts Girls Hockey Association and was named to the all-state team.
  • Danny Pucino (LHS) who finished third in his weight class at the IHSA State Wrestling Tournament. 
  • Melissa Manetsch (LHS), Jordyn Bunning (VHHS) and Alex Tam (LHS) on being named IHSA 2017-18 All-State Academic Athletes
