Report a Concern

We believe a student's right to feel safe in school is paramount and contributes significantly to his or her capacity for learning and social development. Currently, District 128 schools have a protocol for reporting bullying and dealing with offenders which largely calls on students to approach adults and describe the incident. However, it is our belief that bullying goes unreported because students, for a number of reasons, may not be comfortable reporting incidents, or reporting incidents to school personnel.

If you have information regarding bullying, harassment (racial, sexual or gender-based) or other safety concerns, and would like to report this information anonymously, please fill out the appropriate form to the best of your knowledge and submit.

These reports are monitored by District 128 staff during school hours, as these forms are not checked on an immediate basis and never outside school hours. 

 

If you are submitting a report after school hours and you believe someone is a threat to themselves, any imminent danger or any other extreme concerns, please call 911 or your local police department at one of the numbers below:
