Having Problems With Your Chromebook?

Contact a D128 I.T. Technician!  D128 techs from both schools are available for support during regular school hours.  If you call and all lines are tied up, please leave a detailed message with a call back number and a D128 tech will get back to you as soon as possible.

Before you call, try a soft reset of your device!

  1. Press and hold Refresh  + tap Power . 
  2. When your Chromebook starts up, release Refresh .
