Surveys

District 128 periodically administers surveys to our students, families, and staff to gather feedback, perspectives, and insights. We value the voices within our school community, and survey feedback helps our schools continue to grow, improve, and respond to the needs of our students and families.

Prior to each survey, families will receive information through newsletters and other district communications. These communications will include an opt-out form.
