Jenny Smith- Head Coach
Starting in 2013 as boys' varsity volleyball coach at LHS, the program has tallied 4 regional championships, 1 sectional championship, and 1 4th place finish in the 2022 state championship. She comes from a long history of coaching; the girls' program varsity assistant since 2008 which included a state run in 2012 with a 4th place finish and a run in 2014 with a 2nd place finish, 4 seasons with the Vernon Hills mens program including a state run in 2011 with a 3rd place finish, 2 seasons coaching at the jr. college level, and 3 seasons at the girls club level. Coach Smith played 4 years at Carthage College for the womens volleyball program and 4 years with the Track and Field team.

Adam Stuart- Varsity Assistant Coach
Coach Stuart has been working at Libertyville High School since 2010. Prior to joining the LHS staff, he was an Assistant Varsity VB and Basketball Coach at Palatine. After two years at Baylor, he transferred to Carthage College to play basketball and volleyball. At Carthage, his volleyball team played in the national championship game finishing second in Div III. Coach Stuart graduated from Carthage in May, 2009 with a B.A. in Exercise and Sport Science and a minor in Education. Coach Stuart works in the Physical Welfare Department at LHS. He and wife Erica just have 2 superfan children, who can be seen leading the cheering at matches.

Rachel Wiatrowski - Junior Varsity Coach
Coach Wiatrowski began coaching with the LHS boys volleyball program in 2019, but her experience stretches well beyond that. Coach W has been coaching as a head coach since 1999, and brings her wealth of experience to LHS to be closer to home and her family. She teaches middle school in Lincolnshire, and in the off-season spends her spare time coaching club volleyball at Adversity Volleyball Club. Her passion for the sport and for our athletes is contagious, and we are happy to welcome her to our staff!
