Life of a Wildcat (LoW) aims to inspire and eduate all LHS students about lifestyle habits and social/relationship choices that determine academic, athletic, artistic, and any activity-related involvement--both now and in the future. LoW content focuses on performance science and excellence related to sleep, stress, nutrition/hydration, drugs & alcohol, relationships, and leadership. LoW isn't a club; it's a lifestyle any student can work toward in pursuit of one's best self. It's not about perfection--it's about one healthy habit at a time. Some of LoW's specific efforts at LHS: Yellow Ribbon Week, Red Ribbon Week, Wellness Leaders, Green Dot, Healthy Relationships Week, Operation Snowball, Snowflake Leaders, Youth Connect Council, & the Paw Street Journal (in the restrooms).
