Beginning May 20, 2020 students can request to add or drop a course from their academic plan for the 2020-2021 school year. Due to the school closure and safety concerns from the COVID-19 pandemic all academic planning appointments will be done remotely.
All requests will be considered on a space availability basis. If a course is open, we will do our best to get you in it. If a course is closed, you will have the option to go on a Waitlist. Toward the end of July, the Waitlist will be reviewed and students will be contacted only if we get them in. We recommend that you review the online LHS Curriculum Guide closely and come up with a plan of what you are going to request to add and/or drop from your course requests.
Please complete this form for each class that you would like to add and either your counselor or the summer counselor-on-duty will respond. All LHS counselors are available through May 22nd. Beginning June through August 6th, there will be a counselor on duty 2-3 times a week to respond to requests to add or drop a course. All counselors will return on August 10th.
The deadline for all new course requests is August 14, 2020.
