AP Exam Testing Information

The 2021 Advanced Placement Exams are upon us and here is information to review:

  • Check you personal AP schedule on the MyAP website. By logging in you will be able to see all of the exams you are taking and when you opted to take them.
  • In-person exams: Students taking in-person exams will see this reflected in their myAP account. Please be checking your email for test room assignments. Morning exams will begin at 7:30 am and afternoon exams will begin at 11:30 am. Please note that many afternoon exams will end after 3:30 pm.
  • Digital Exams:
    • Find the Digital Exam App. Many exams will be taken digitally and remotely (at home) this year. The College Board has sent students emails about this process. In their communication they say you need to download the Digital Testing Application. This is not a necessary step as our I.T. department pushed this application out to all student chromebooks.  To access the application: logout of your Chromebook, from the bottom left corner launch the apps menu, (The AP Digital Testing Application is going to be toward the bottom and it is going to appear as a long URL) launch the Digital Testing Application app, and login using your MyAP login credentials.
    • Get set up to take a digital exam. Everyone taking a digital exam must complete College Board's registration steps prior to exam time. Please note that some of this registration must happen between 1-3 days prior to taking an exam or else you will not be able to test.

If you have any AP questions please contact Mr. Albin as soon as possible at raymond.albin@d128.org or 847-327-7005.
