In the Powerlifting Club, we work to maximize three main lifts: the Squat, Bench, and Deadlift. We train 4 days a week Monday through Thursday after school in the weight room. By performing these lifts and other strengthening exercises, they build power and stability for sports and other activities. There is a set workout for each day and we hope to compete with other schools (competition is not mandatory) although it is fun. Come down and give powerlifting a try. It will test your limits and make you a diverse athlete.
