Options Fair 2019 Set for April 11

The 2019 Options Fair for high school and college students with disabilities and their families will be held from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, April 11 at the College of Lake County. Fifty agencies and organizations will provide vital information for individuals with disabilities, community and education professionals and families/caregivers.

The Options Fair will be held in the Physical Education Center (Building 7) on the CLC Grayslake Campus, 19351 W. Washington St. Parking is available in lots 2 and 3 on the north side of campus.

Community members can gather information on educational opportunities, employment services, vocational day programs, government programs, health services, recreational opportunities, referral sources, residential programs, transportation resources, and vocational programs.

Sponsoring organizations include Adlai Stevenson High School, Community High School District 117, Barrington High School District 220, College of Lake County, Deerfield/Highland Park High Schools, Glenbrook High Schools District 225, Community High School District 128, Special Education District of Lake County, Lake County Center for Independent Living, and Zion-Benton Township High School District 126.
