Coach Shapiro has been coaching high school dance for the past 12 years. This is her 5th year with the Vernon Hills Dance Team. Coach Shapiro was on the competitive dance team at The University of Illinois and was captain her senior year. She worked for Universal Dance Association as a camp instructor and judge for local competitions. Coach Shapiro is a social worker at a local high school and lives in Vernon Hills. Coach Shapiro loves being a part of the Vernon Hills community and coaching this amazing program.
