Suzanne Curry is looking forward to coaching her 20th season of Girls' Cross Country at VHHS, 15th year as the head coach. Her previous cross country experience includes 4 years of varsity running at York High School in Elmhurst. A graduate of the University of Illinois, Suzanne is the Assistant Principals’ Secretary at VHHS and also assists in the Athletic Office. Suzanne and her husband Chris (VHHS Assistant AD and Boy’s and Girls’ Volleyball coach) reside in Libertyville and their daughter Emma is in her third year at the University of Michigan.

This will be Coach Wolf's 14th year as the assistant girls' cross country coach. His previous experience includes running cross country at Downers Grove North High School for 4 years and served as a captain during his senior year. After high school, Coach Wolf has continued to run various road races ranging from 5Ks to Half Marathons . A graduate of the University of Illinois, Coach Wolf has been teaching science for 16 years and currently teaches Biology Honors and AP Biology. In his free time, he enjoys running various road races and spending time with his wife, Lisa and two daughters, Kylie and Tessa.

This will be Nikki Collin’s 5th year as an assistant cross-country coach.  She previously coached at Lake Zurich High School with their cross-country team for 4 years and was the distance track coach for 2 years.  Growing up in Indiana she was an avid runner; being a competitive runner with USATF from a young age and throughout high school on the varsity cross-country team.   In college, she became a competitive cyclist and has continued to participate in marathons and half marathons over the past 12 years. She is a graduate of Indiana University–Bloomington and has a master’s degree from National-Louis University.   Nikki is a Physics teacher here at Vernon Hills High School and is in her 10th year of teaching. She enjoys running in her free time and playing with her two sons Jack and Sean.
