2023 Season Starts Monday August 7th.
Practice Mon 8/7/2023- Fri 8/11/2023: 8-10am @LHS Stadium
Practice Sat 8/12/2023: 8-10am @old school forest preserve shelter C
Practices starting Mon 8/14/2023- @LHS Stadium 3:45-6pm Mon-Thurs. Friday morning practices 6:45-7:30am in gynmastics gym, and after school 3:45-4:45pm @LHS stadium. Saturday morning practices from 8-10am at adler park or old school forest preserve when we do not have meets.

Fall 2023 Practice Info
Monday-Thursday practice from 3:45-6:00 pm at the track. Some athletes may get done prior to 6:00pm depending on mileage groups.
Friday morning yoga from 6:45-7:30am in the gymnastics gym, and after school from 3:45-4:45pm. All athletes are expected to attend.
Saturday practice from 8-10 am at Adler or Old School Forest Preserve when we do not have meets.
