LHS German Teacher Heidi Lechner was named the recipient of two national honors this fall. Frau Lechner was awarded the highest honor from the American Association of Teachers of German as she was named Outstanding German High School Educator. She also received the inaugural LCF/Klett Award for Sustainable Development Education in the World Language Classroom.
