Cougar Guard Club

Who We Are 

Are you comfortable in the water and enjoy being around others? The Cougar Guard Club provides swim lesson instructors and lifeguards for all of the aquatic programs here at VHHS.  We offer swim lessons to the children in our community, train our instructors to teach lessons,  and pay all lifeguards & instructors for the hours they work!  You do NOT need to be lifeguard certified to teach swim lessons!  

How To Join

To join the club please complete the online sign-up form and someone will be in contact with you.  If you have any questions regarding the club, please email Ms. Joshi.

Lifeguard Jobs At VHHS

We are in need of lifeguards for P.E. classes, community open swims, master's swim practices, and community kayaking sessions.  If you would like to work any of these jobs, please email Ms. Joshi with your request.

How To Get Paid

All students will need to meet with Ms. Joshi to get the required paperwork.
