***Illinois will transition to the ACT as the state's federally required high school accountability assessment for English language arts, math, and science, beginning with the 2024-25 school year. The ACT will be offered during school in April (date TBD) and students will be automatically registered to take the test.

While the PSAT will still be administered during the school day, Illinois will transition to administering the ACT during the school day. Students who wish to take the SAT will need to register and take the SAT on one of the scheduled dates above. Please note, exam registration fills quickly.
